This location in hialeah is my fav, not only because they have a drive thru, but I feel like the times I've come the staffs are very welcoming. I cant speak for others, but my coffee orders are always on point. Inside is very chilling and clean.

Extremely slow. We came by for a dragon fruit drink on a Sunday, when it’s supposed to be slower than usual. We had three cars in front of us in the drive through. We got here before 7pm and were attended at 7:36. And they even have the courage to ask for tips. 😊

The best Starbucks location ever! I’ve been coming here for the past 15 months—through my entire nursing program. From 5:00 a.m. until closing, this has been my favorite study spot with my Mango Dragonfruit Refresher and a cheese Danish. I also stop by the drive-thru all the time, so I’ve probably been here almost every day! No matter how busy they are, the team always works incredibly hard. Today the line was so long that they even had a team member outside taking drink orders from the cars to keep everything moving. That’s the kind of customer service that makes this location stand out. The manager is so charismatic, and the entire staff is genuinely kind, welcoming, and hardworking. Thank you for making long nursing school days a little easier. You all are amazing!

I ordered my Light Ice drink as usual. When I order it at other Starbucks locations, it’s always made perfectly. At this location, it’s always the same problem — they mostly just fill the cup with ice.

I visited this Starbucks two days ago and ordered a customized drink I saw on TikTok. I asked for light ice, which is how I usually order all my drinks, and it was amazing. The cup was full and the drink was made perfectly. Today (Monday) I went back to order the exact same drink with light ice again, but this time the cup was almost half empty. When I asked about it, I was told it was because I ordered light ice. However, the last time I ordered it the same way and the cup was completely full. I understand that customized drinks can vary, but consistency would really make the experience better. I loved the drink, but I was disappointed with the difference this time.
